Non-Surgical

The Orbera Weight Loss Program offers a non-surgical solution that not only allows patients to learn portion control, but also to receive ongoing support and care without needing surgery. The Orbera balloon is placed in the stomach through a quick and painless oral insertion process, which allows for an easier appointment and no scars, stitches, or incisions.

Non-Permanent

The Orbera balloon is a non-permanent tool for long-lasting results. Once the program has been in place for six months, the balloon is carefully removed with another non-invasive procedure. After the balloon is removed, the rest of your weight loss journey involves aftercare, coaching, and ongoing support.

Changing Your Habits

While the Orbera balloon is in place, the weight loss program focuses on changing and building your eating habits so that you’re set up for success in the long-term. With the help of the Orbera balloon and the supporting program, you’ll learn essential skills like portion control and receive support from the AGH of Greater Washington team.
